By using this website you accept the terms set out below. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. These terms apply to the website only; care you receive at the hospital is governed by the consent and treatment documents you sign there.
This website does not give you medical advice
Everything on this site, including every article in the Health Library, is general health information. It is written by our doctors for a general reader, and it describes how conditions usually behave and how they are usually managed. It is not advice about you.
A person's symptoms can look identical on paper and turn out to be entirely different problems. Only an examination — by a doctor who can look at you, ask questions, and order the right tests — can tell you what is actually happening. Nothing here is a substitute for that.
Reading this website does not make you our patient. No doctor–patient relationship is created by reading these pages, by sending us a WhatsApp message, or by requesting an appointment. That relationship begins when a doctor at our hospital sees you in person.

About the Health Library specifically
- Articles carry the date they were last updated. Medical understanding and our own services both change, and an article that was accurate when written may not remain so indefinitely.
- The guidance in an article about when to seek urgent care is written deliberately on the cautious side. If your own situation feels worse than what an article describes, act on your own judgement and get seen.
- Articles sometimes describe procedures and investigations generally, including ones not performed at our hospital. A procedure being explained here is not a statement that we offer it.
- Some articles quote figures — success rates, risk percentages, recovery timelines — drawn from published medical literature. These describe populations, not individuals, and your own doctor's estimate for your case should take precedence over any number here.
Appointments and messages
The booking buttons on this site open a WhatsApp message to the hospital. Sending that message is a request for an appointment, not a confirmed booking. An appointment exists only once we have confirmed a date and time with you.
We monitor WhatsApp during working hours and reply as soon as we reasonably can, but we cannot guarantee that any message will be seen or answered within a particular time. WhatsApp is not a route for urgent medical problems — for those, telephone us or come to the hospital.
We also cannot answer requests for diagnosis, prescriptions, dosage changes or interpretation of reports over WhatsApp. Those need a consultation.
Services, doctors and availability
We take care to describe only what the hospital can actually do, and to say plainly when something is not yet available. Even so, the services listed on this site, the doctors available on a given day, their consulting hours, and the equipment in use can all change — including at short notice, because of emergencies, leave, or maintenance.
Please confirm with us before travelling for a specific service or to see a specific doctor. Information on this site is not a promise that a particular service or doctor will be available when you arrive.
Nothing on this website is a guarantee, warranty or assurance about the outcome of any treatment. Medicine and surgery carry risks and uncertainty, and outcomes vary between patients even when everything is done correctly. The risks specific to your case will be explained to you before you consent to any procedure.
Fees, schemes and insurance
Where this site mentions costs, cashless treatment, insurance or government schemes such as Ayushman Bharat, it is describing them in general terms. Eligibility, coverage and the amount payable in any individual case depend on your own policy or entitlement and on the treatment actually required, and are confirmed at the hospital — not by this website.
This is information, not solicitation
This website is published to provide factual information about our hospital, our doctors and their qualifications, and general health topics, so that patients in and around Dhampur can make informed decisions. It is not an advertisement, an inducement, or a solicitation of patients, and it is intended to be consistent with the professional conduct rules applicable to medical practitioners in India.
